Why We Show Up for OCSA

Solpak is at the OCSA Conference today in Markham. Booth 19.

OCSA is the Ontario Community Support Association. The people in their network run Meals on Wheels routes, adult day programs, and a long list of services that keep seniors and people with health challenges fed and supported at home.

These are not the loudest organizations in the food industry. They do not have marketing budgets. They have routes to run and people on the other end who are counting on them.

We have spent years supplying the thermal bags and meal packaging that make those routes work. Trays that hold temperature from kitchen to doorstep, even in winter.

Showing up at OCSA is not optional for us. It is where we meet the people doing the work and stay close to a sector that does not get the attention it deserves.
