Solpak has been named a finalist at the 44th edition of Les Mercuriades, in the Employer of the Year category.

Les Mercuriades is organized by the Fédération des Chambres de Commerce du Québec. It is one of the most prestigious business competitions in the province. Seventy-five finalists were selected this year.

The category is the same one we won at the Axents in 2023. The stage is bigger but the story is the same.

Solpak is not the loudest company in Quebec, and we do not have the largest revenue line in our industry. What we have is a team of players who treat the work like it matters and a culture that takes care of them in return.

That is the bet I made when I started building Solpak. That if I built around people, the rest would follow. Awards do not change that math, but recognition like this confirms that the bet is paying off.
