Kolbe A Index results. Personality assessments. An energy list. A chart about emotions and behavior. A financial MO+ report. Notes I wrote to myself during hard seasons. Stickers my kids put there when they visited the office.
It looks like a mess. It is actually the most organized thing in the room.
Every piece on this board taught me something about how I operate. How I make decisions. What drains me. What fuels me. Where my blind spots are.
Most founders spend years learning the mechanics of business. Very few spend any time learning the mechanics of themselves.
That is the gap. You cannot build a company that works without understanding the person running it. Your patterns, your triggers, your defaults. They show up in every decision you make, every hire, every conflict.
Self-awareness is not a soft skill. It is a competitive advantage.
