Solpak Building - Day 3 of 14 : The Office

This is where I work.

Two desks. A whiteboard. A cork board full of notes. A credenza covered in family photos and old artifacts. A green wall. Big windows.

It is not minimal. It is not aesthetic. It is functional.

Every object in this room passed the same test: does it help me think, decide, or remember? If it does, it stays. If it does not, it goes.

Most founders design their office to look impressive. I designed mine to keep me honest.

The whiteboard holds direct feedback from the team on how we can help them this year. The president's priority list. The cork board holds everything I have learned about myself. The credenza is a mini museum of 20 years of Solpak history. And the windows remind me that the world outside this room is the one that matters.

Your workspace is not decoration. It is a diagnostic tool. It tells you what you actually care about, whether you intended it to or not.
