Keven Yvon and Michel Oliver Brazeau. My two partners.

Keven runs client relations and support. Michel runs business development and finance. Together, they run Solpak.

I did not find them on LinkedIn. I did not hire them from a competitor. I grew them. They grew themselves. They earned every inch of the roles they hold today, and they earned my trust the hard way. Over years.

The best thing I ever did as a founder was not a product decision. It was not a market decision. It was deciding that this company would be bigger than me. And then finding the people who could make that true.

Most founders say they want freedom. Very few are willing to do what freedom actually requires. Letting go. Trusting someone else with the thing you built. Accepting that they might do it differently than you would, and being okay with that.

Freedom is not working less. Freedom is building a team that does not need you in the room to make the right call.

That is what these two represent.
