Simple. Reliable. Competent. Fast. Friendly.

These five words are on the wall of our conference room. Not in a frame. Not in a handbook. On the wall.

Every person who walks into that room sees them. Every meeting starts with them in the background. Every decision gets measured against them, whether we say it out loud or not.

I have always considered it a win when clients use these exact words in their survey responses. It still happens frequently. That is how you know values are real. Not because your team memorized them. Because your clients feel them.

Most companies have values. Very few have values their team can recite without looking them up. Even fewer have values their clients describe back to them unprompted.

These five words are not aspirational. They describe how we already work. We wrote them down because they were already true. Not the other way around.

We live what we breathe.
