Players, Not Employees

Solpak was named Employer of the Year at the first edition of Les Axents.

The award was presented by Alternative RH at a ceremony held November 23, 2023 at Chez Maurice in Saint-Lazare.

This is the one I most wanted Solpak to win.

I have built Solpak around growth and quality. I am proud of both. Neither would exist without the players on our team.

I call them players, not employees. The word matters because the work matters. A player owns the outcome. They show up not because someone is watching, but because they care about what the team delivers. On most days, they are the reason this company runs without me having to be everywhere at once.

The Axents jury used the same selection criteria as the Mercuriades. They were looking at engagement, culture, retention, and how a company actually treats the people who carry the work. They found enough in Solpak to give us the award.

Grateful for the recognition. More grateful for the players who earned it.
