Workspace - Day 6 of 14 : The Mic

I built a sound booth inside my office. Acoustic foam on three sides. A Blue Yeti mic. A pop filter.

I am not a podcaster. I am not a YouTuber. But I have something to say.

This mic has been with me for years. I used it to record the French version of my online course. The English one is coming soon. Before that, I used it to record video lessons for my framework. Before that, I just sat in front of it and practiced saying things out loud until they sounded like me.

For years I ran my business quietly. I did not talk about what I learned. I did not share what worked. I told myself the work should speak for itself.

The work does not speak. You have to.

Most founders I coach have the same problem. They built something real but nobody knows about it. Not because people do not care. Because the founder never said a word.

The mic is not about being loud. It is about being heard.
