Workspace - Day 5 of 14 : The Brand on the Shelf

A cap. A logo. A stack of paper held together with a binder clip.

That stack is the manuscript of Built for Freedom. The actual pages I marked up by hand before it went to print. I keep it there. Not framed. Not polished. Just clipped together on a shelf next to the Entrepreneur Sherpa logo.

The Sherpa Method started years ago as a set of questions I kept asking myself and other founders. 27 questions. Three challenges. One framework. The first version was in French. The English one came later.

It did not start as a brand. It started as scribbles on the steam in my shower. Then it became a framework. Then a book. Then a coaching practice.

That orange figure next to the cap is Small Sherpa. The little character who shows up throughout the book to keep me in check. To keep me humble and real. My sister Michelle came up with the idea. The 3D-printed version was a gift from my executive assistant Pia.

The best brands do not start with a logo. They start with a problem you could not stop solving.

What is the problem you keep solving for others, even when nobody asks?
