There it is. Blue spine. Left side. Built for Freedom.

I wrote that book while my business grew 23%. That was not a coincidence. It was the proof.

For years I told myself I would write a book "when things calm down." Things never calm down. I realized the book was not separate from the business. The book was evidence that the business worked without me.

I wrote it from coffee shops and kitchen tables and airports. I took a flight to Europe to write. I took a train across the country and kept writing through a derailment. Solpak kept growing. The team kept delivering. Clients kept ordering. Nobody called to ask me what to do.

The books next to it matter too. Sales Management. Way of the Turtle. Prompt Engineering Playbook. Who by Geoff Smart. I read all of them. Some changed how I hired. Some changed how I sold. One changed how I thought about risk.

But Built for Freedom is the only one I wrote. And it sits on the same shelf as the ones that shaped me.
